Simply Forward was created from a simple belief:

Meaningful change doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Often, the most powerful progress begins by slowing down, understanding where you are, and taking one intentional step forward.

My approach is centered around honest conversation, thoughtful exploration, and practical accountability. Together, we look at what may be getting in your way, make sense of what matters most to you, and create realistic steps that support steady, meaningful progress.

Simply Forward isn’t about rushing change. It’s about building confidence, strengthening self-awareness, and learning to trust yourself as you move forward.

Sabrina Druxman

Sabrina is a certified life coach with a focus on mindset and transformation. With over a decade of experience working in social services and leadership. She also holds her Applied Counselling certificate from the University of Manitoba, bringing a strong foundation in human behaviour, communication, and personal growth.

Her coaching style is calm, reflective, and encouraging. Sabrina believes that people already hold the insight and strength needed to move forward, sometimes they simply need the right space and support to access it.

Through Simply Forward, Sabrina works with individuals who are ready to gain clarity, strengthen accountability, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.

Questions You May Have..

  • Coaching is a forward-focused process that supports you in understanding where you are, identifying what may be holding you back, and taking meaningful steps forward. While therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, coaching is centered around growth, accountability, and creating change in your present and future.

  • You can begin by reaching out via email or booking a 15-minute discovery call. From there, you’ll receive a short intake form so we can better understand what you’re looking for and determine next steps together.

  • Not at all. Many clients come in feeling unsure or stuck. Part of the process is working together to better understand what’s going on and what direction feels right for you.

  • All sessions are held virtually through Google Meets, allowing you to join from wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes in length. This provides enough time to explore what’s coming up while also creating space for actionable next steps.

  • If you’re unsure, we can talk through this together. The goal is to choose a level of support that feels realistic, aligned, and supportive for where you are right now.
